- 1965 - Frank Sinatra's hands are imprinted in concrete at Mann's Chinese Theater in Los Angeles.
- 1967 - Jerry Lee Lewis opens his first U.K. tour since the scandal of marrying his 13-year-old cousin in 1958.
- 1968 - While appearing on the British TV show Dee Time, Jane Asher announced her engagement to Paul McCartney was off. The proclamation came as a surprise to Paul.
